Walk-abouts and stuff

There has been too much to do and too little time for myself. Sometimes I wish that we could all quit our day jobs and just survive on passion (a little too far fetch). While busy getting busy, I managed to steal some sleep/nap time to visit some of these exhibitions (they calm me down). First was the exhibition by Tang Da Wu at The Artists' Village and then Wu Guanzhong Gallery at SAM (which happens to be a permanent exhibition, so there's no worry).

Finally, managed visit the Art Science Museum for the Andy Warhol Exhibition, "Andy Warhol 15 Minutes Eternal". The exhibition is like stepping into mini Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, very much of a wonder. Do not miss out on the Southeast Asia Andy Warhol, a showcase of Southeast Asian artists' works influenced by Warhol.

Tang Da Wu - First Art Council Third Chapter: Waiting

A large installation that took up almost the whole space

My favourite of the three pieces with Van Gogh's face among the other few
We figured that most of the exhibits were taken down after the
performance art by Kai Lam on the day before

Wu Guanzhong Gallery @ SAM

Louvre
Fusion of Chinese and Western Contemporary painting
This is one of my favourite paintings at the gallery,
in the style of impressionism in an Asian context. Brilliant

Boats, a little like Sailboats by Monet in Chinese context

Andy Warhol - 15 Minutes Eternal

It was crowded but manageable
Only managed Marilyns
